Australia-based product designer shaping human-centred solutions across SaaS, government, and private sectors. I bring systems thinking, empathy, and foresight to craft inclusive, scalable experiences.
I currently work at Remote where I build as much as I design, and have previously worked across Xero and agencies helping ship products and services that balance craft, clarity, and outcomes. At Xero I led design for the Single Touch Payroll Phase 2 rollout, lifting form completion across 1.9 million employees paid through Xero, and the Partner Upgrade Experience, redesigning the upgrade journey and reducing drop-off for Xero Partners.
My interest in expanding my design practice led me to complete a postgraduate degree in Design Futures, where I immersed myself in methodologies, foresight, and design philosophy. This experience culminated in writing a piece (and was fortunate enough to be given the space to talk about it) about relationalities in design, grounded in my Filipino upbringing and exploring pluralistic design, such as queering design.
While much of my work happens in the digital space, I enjoy tactile activities like watercolour illustration and film photography.
