Hey! is a three-piece series of illustrative slogans on pieces of advice we’ve often heard before. It brings back memories of a time when we either wanted to express our individuality or be part of something. Provocative, melancholic, and humorous, Hey! is a shoutout. Like all my previous works, I inject layers of social issues for the audience to interpret through movements, composition, and context. It shouts: “Hey! Look a little closer.”
